The channel did not provide details regarding the young man's identity, the circumstances of his arrest, or the location to which he was taken.
There was no immediate comment from the Israeli side regarding what the Syrian channel reported.
The arrest occurred on a day that witnessed other Israeli military movements in the countrysides of Damascus and Quneitra.
In the western Damascus countryside, Israeli forces blew up an abandoned military barracks in Tal Harbon near the town of Beit Jinn, according to the same channel.
An Israeli force consisting of 6 military vehicles also made an incursion south of the town of Al-Rafid in Quneitra Governorate.
This comes as areas in southern Syria are witnessing frequent Israeli incursions, amid demands from Damascus for the withdrawal of Israeli forces and an end to their violations of Syrian sovereignty.
On Friday, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights announced that it had documented about 280 incidents of armed Israeli incursions into Syria during last September, stating that this represents the "highest monthly figure since the beginning of the current year," while at least 49 Syrians remain detained by Israel.
Israel has occupied most of the Syrian Golan Heights since 1967, and following the fall of the Bashar al-Assad regime on December 8, 2024, it announced the collapse of the Disengagement of Forces Agreement signed in 1974, and occupied the Syrian buffer zone and other sites, including the Syrian side of Mount Hermon.
