They added that the forces raided the home of Palestinian Naeem Abu Shihab, ordered him to evacuate it, and then demolished it with bulldozers.
The sources mentioned that clashes erupted in the neighborhood during the raid, during which Israeli forces fired live ammunition, with no injuries reported.
On the city's Al-Mal'ab Street, Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters, according to the same sources.
Israeli soldiers also deployed in the market area in central Qalqilya and deliberately vandalized sidewalks.
Earlier on Monday, the Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission recorded 13 attacks carried out by Israeli army forces and settlers in 4 governorates in the occupied West Bank, targeting farmers and their lands.
Meanwhile, the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry stated on Monday that Israel continues to commit genocide in the Gaza Strip, alongside war crimes and crimes against humanity in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Since the start of the Israeli genocidal war in the Gaza Strip in October 2023, attacks by the Israeli army and settler terrorism have escalated in the occupied West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem.
These practices include killing and arresting Palestinians, demolishing homes and facilities, burning mosques and vehicles, bulldozing agricultural lands, preventing farmers from reaching their fields, and displacing Palestinian communities, in addition to settlement expansion.
Palestinians warn that these practices pave the way for Israel to officially annex the West Bank, undermining the possibility of establishing a Palestinian state in accordance with relevant United Nations resolutions.
