Saudi authorities reported on Friday that a missile launched by the Houthis hit a school in the Saudi city of Najran, which borders Yemen, causing material damage, amid renewed Yemeni conflict.
The Saudi Civil Defense posted images on the X platform, which they said show the "strike of a hostile missile on a school in the city of Najran, resulting in material damage," adding that it was launched by the Houthis.
Yemen has been witnessing an escalation between the Iran-backed Houthis and the Saudi-backed government forces since July. The Houthis accuse Riyadh of bombing their areas of control in Yemen, while they target Saudi regions with drones and missiles in return.
