"Health" Decides to Disburse Monthly Financial Bonus for Nurses and Midwives Working in "Al-Bashir"

The Ministry of Health has decided to disburse a monthly financial bonus for the categories of nurses and midwives working in Al-Bashir hospitals, amounting to 35 percent of the basic salary plus the professional technical allowance, instead of the previously applied overtime allowance of 30 percent of the basic salary.
The decision came in a letter from the Minister of Health, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Badour, addressed to the Secretary-General for Administrative and Technical Affairs in the Ministry, based on a decision of the Council of Ministers contained in the letter of the Prime Minister No. 12267/2/2/10 dated 29/5/2025.
The letter stipulated that working in shifts is a requirement dictated by the nature of the work of the concerned employees, and that the disbursement of the bonus will start from the date of their commencement of overtime work according to these conditions. The Minister requested the concerned authorities to inform the nurses and midwives covered by the official start date of their work as soon as the conditions mentioned in the letter are met.
