Arab dimensions and defending the causes of the Arab nation have been the hallmark of the Hashemites, from father to grandfather, and will remain so for generations to come. We will defend the causes of the nation wherever they may be. There can be no security or stability in the region without fulfilling the Palestinian people's rights to their land. We categorically reject Israeli aggressions in Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem, and stand against Israeli expansionist policies and ambitions, which threaten the region's future. Tyranny does not create legitimacy, and the passage of time does not erase truth. Jordan will never retreat from its principles—anyone who believes otherwise is mistaken. The legislative authority, particularly the House of Representatives, must serve as the nation's voice, safeguard national interests, uphold national unity, and strengthen the country's internal front. Jordanians do not only look to this chamber for the laws it passes, but also for its conduct and discourse—meaning it must set an example through national stance and behavior. The speech also addressed genuine development that citizens can feel in their livelihoods and daily lives. We are advancing in economic modernization and major projects that serve as pillars for this transformation. Water and water security are national priorities, and preserving them is essential—no one is allowed to compromise them, as they are not subject to bargaining or appeasement.
Public office is not an honorific title for those who fail to perform their duties or serve the people. There is no immunity for anyone who abuses their position, regardless of rank. The authority of the state and the rule of law supersede everything. This is a call for public service, solving people's problems, and serving them. There will be no protection for any corrupt official exploiting their position—the law recognizes neither name, nor title, nor influence.
