Chief Justice: The Lawyer is an Inherent Partner in the Justice System

Chief Justice Abdul Hafez Al-Rabbatah emphasized the importance of continuous professional training, qualification, and skill development to keep up with legislative and procedural updates, stressing that the lawyer is an inherent partner in the justice system, protecting rights, and ensuring family and societal stability.

This was during his patronage today, Wednesday, of a ceremony honoring participants in a specialized training program on personal status law, organized by the Jordanian Sharia Lawyers Association in cooperation with the Sharia Judiciary Institute, in the presence of the Director of Sharia Courts, Dr. Samih Al-Za'tari, and the Association's President, Osama Al-Saudi.

Al-Rabbatah pointed to the importance of the lawyer's role in spreading legal and Sharia awareness and correcting concepts related to rights and judicial procedures, while the program covered the provisions of personal status law, its practical applications, and judicial procedures, concluding with the distribution of certificates and honorary shields to the participants.
