British Prime Minister Andy Burnham said on Wednesday that there are "strong indications" of Iran's involvement in suspicious activities at a British airbase that led to a major security incident.
In an interview with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Burnham said, "There are strong indications that Iran played a role in what happened over the weekend at the Royal Air Force base in Fairford," referring to a bomb alert near the base located in southwest England, which is used by the US military in its campaign against Tehran.
