The British newspaper "Express" revealed a simple method that may help improve the taste of instant coffee and reduce its bitterness.
It mentioned that the method was to add a small amount of cold water to the coffee powder and mix it well before pouring hot water.

The method requires no new tools or ingredients.
Place the instant coffee in the cup, add sugar if you use it, then pour a small amount of cold water and stir the mixture until the coffee dissolves.
Then add hot water as usual.
If you drink coffee with milk, you can use a small amount of it instead of cold water, then complete the preparation of the drink with hot water.
The trick spread after a video posted by a user on "Instagram" named Brandon Yang, who said that the method helps reduce coffee bitterness.
Several commentators who said they tried it noted a difference in taste.
However, the trick remains a home-based method for improving flavor, not a proven scientific recipe that necessarily makes instant coffee similar to coffee prepared by coffee shop professionals. However, the experiment costs almost nothing.
In your next cup, don't go directly from coffee powder to boiling water.. First give it a little cold water, then judge the taste yourself.
