Arab human rights organizations condemn the attack on Hammoud Church

The Arab-African Group for Human Rights in Switzerland, the Arab Bridge Center for Development and Human Rights in Jordan, and the Bahrain Human Rights Watch Society condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a church in Karak Governorate, affirming their rejection of targeting places of worship, terrorizing peaceful people, and shedding the blood of the innocent.

In a joint statement, the organizations emphasized that the assault on worshippers and places of worship constitutes a grave violation of the right to life and freedom of religion and belief, and an attack on the values of coexistence and tolerance, stressing the importance of maintaining Jordan's security and stability within the framework of the rule of law and respect for human rights.

The organizations expressed their sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
