Al-Wasatiya Municipality clarifies the truth about the Qameem bridge exit lighting project

Al-Wasatiya Municipality confirmed that the recent work related to the installation of lighting poles at the exit of the "Qameem" bridge was carried out in accordance with established procedural and engineering standards, and based on approved technical field inspections.
The municipality explained, in a press statement issued in response to what was circulated on social media platforms regarding the project, that the installation of the poles was based on a field inspection conducted by the municipality's representative in coordination with the representative of the Engineering Affairs Directorate, and based on the official letter issued by the Municipal Engineering Department.
The municipality added that it officially contacted the Irbid Electricity Company before starting implementation, noting that all technical and construction work was completed entirely at the municipality's own expense.
Al-Wasatiya Municipality called on media outlets and social media users to exercise accuracy and professionalism in reporting news and information, in order to ensure that clear facts are conveyed to citizens without distortion.
