Major General Al-Harasis meets with a number of military delegations on the sidelines of SOFEX 2026

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti (Major General Majdi Mohammed Al-Harasis), met on Tuesday at the Aqaba International Exhibition and Convention Centre with a number of military delegations participating in the Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference (SOFEX 2026).
The meetings included the French Special Operations Commander, the Chief of Staff of Barbados, the Ghanaian Chief of Defence Staff, and the Commander of the Sultan's Special Force of Oman.
In the presence of a number of senior officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces, Major General Al-Harasis discussed ways to enhance military cooperation relations between the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army and their counterparts in brotherly and friendly countries, in a manner that serves common interests.
It is noteworthy that the Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference (SOFEX 2026) opened today under Royal patronage, and its activities will continue for 3 days.
