Al-Masri: The arrest of the Karak terrorists is a firm message to anyone targeting Jordan's security

MP Dr. Walid Al-Masri praised the exceptional efforts exerted by the security services in apprehending the terrorists who committed the crime that targeted Hamoud Church in Karak Governorate, affirming that the swift handling of the case reflects the efficiency and vigilance of the security services in protecting the nation and confronting anyone who attempts to undermine its security and stability.
Al-Masri emphasized that these efforts deserve all appreciation and pride, stressing that Jordan, with its Hashemite leadership, national institutions, and conscious people, will remain resilient against terrorism and attempts to destabilize its security, and that anyone who contemplates targeting Jordanians or tampering with their unity will face the law and justice.
He added that targeting houses of worship is a crime that affects the values and security of Jordanian society, and that Jordanians will remain one family united by belonging to the homeland and loyalty to its Hashemite leadership, and no attempt to sow discord among them or undermine their cohesive national fabric will succeed.
Al-Masri stressed the necessity of holding the terrorists and anyone proven to be involved in this crime accountable in accordance with the provisions of the law, affirming that confronting terrorism is not limited to pursuing its perpetrators, but also requires addressing extremist ideologies and hate speech that threaten the security of society and target its unity.
Al-Masri concluded by extending a salute of pride and honor to the heroes of the security services, affirming that Jordan will remain safe and stable under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II, and through the awareness and cohesion of its people, and that the unity of Jordanians will remain an impenetrable fortress in the face of terrorism and anyone who attempts to harm the nation.
