Zelenskyy said on social media that "another ballistic missile attack occurred... overnight, and once again, there was no warning from our partners."
Kyiv announced last week that it had not received a warning from the United States regarding similar strikes, which left residents with no time to take cover.
However, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio denied earlier on Monday that intelligence sharing with Ukraine had been suspended.
Speaking to reporters in Uzbekistan in response to a question about Ukraine's assertions in this regard, he said, "There has been no pause," calling on Zelenskyy to "focus" on putting an end to the war with Russia.
Trump, who says he has reached a deal with Russia to guarantee fuel exports in exchange for easing sanctions, has renewed his attacks on Zelenskyy in recent days against the backdrop of the war.
He wrote on "Truth Social" on Sunday that "major progress is being made" in talks regarding the war, accusing Zelenskyy of "not caring, and frankly, with all the money Europe is giving him... he does not want to end this war."
But Zelenskyy responded on Monday by saying that "Ukraine never wanted this war, and we have welcomed every attempt by our partners to put an end to this war in a way that preserves our dignity."
He added that, in contrast, "the Russian response has come time and again with ballistic missiles, Shahed (drones), and killing."
He continued, "When shipments of missiles intended for Ukrainian air defense are disrupted at a time when Russia is granted sanctions relief or a delay in their imposition, this is, unfortunately, a denial of reality on the part of our partners."
