The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Thursday the execution of 1729 precision targeting operations against various military targets belonging to the Houthi militia across all axes and fronts.
The official spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Majed Al-Nuzaili, said in a statement that the armed forces carried out 1729 precision targeting operations against various Houthi military targets in all axes and fronts, resulting in the neutralization of 1370 Houthi elements and the destruction of 300 vehicles, assets, equipment, and gear, in addition to military sites.
Al-Nuzaili indicated that the operation comes as part of the ongoing "Dawn of Yemen" operation, noting that the armed forces carried out part of their targeting against observation points, advanced command and control centers, weapons depots, supply and reinforcement points, and Houthi military sites using modern, specialized weapons.
The Chairman of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, announced on October 5, 2026, the launch of the "Dawn of Yemen" operation to restore state institutions, liberate the capital Sanaa, and end the Houthi militia coup.
