Sources said on Sunday morning that two people injured in the terrorist shooting at a church in the village of Hamoud in Al-Karak Governorate are still receiving treatment at Al-Karak Governmental Hospital.

The sources expected the injured to be discharged from the hospital today, indicating that their health condition is good.

They added that the martyrs' funeral processions will depart in about an hour from Al-Karak Governmental Hospital towards the town of Hamoud.

Preparations began this morning to transport the bodies of the martyrs of the terrorist attack that targeted a church in the village of Hamoud in Al-Karak Governorate from Al-Karak Governmental Hospital to the Hamoud cemetery near the church.

The sources confirmed that the health condition of the rest of the terrorist attack victims in Al-Karak Hospital is stable, noting that 3 injured people were discharged on Saturday after their health condition stabilized, with expectations for more injured to be discharged.

The number of martyrs of the terrorist act rose on Saturday to 9, after the death of an injured person who was receiving treatment.

The sources explained that the majority of injuries in the terrorist attack that targeted a church in the village of Hamoud in Al-Karak Governorate on Friday were direct and targeted the main veins and arteries in the body, which made it difficult to provide aid to the injured, especially in cases accompanied by internal bleeding.
