The problems of marketing and unemployment in countries of the world

One of the best strategies that countries can follow to reduce unemployment rates is to focus on vocational and technical education in schools and universities, which contributes to supplying various economic sectors with experts, specialists, and technicians capable of driving the economy within countries, and providing the world with technical competencies and expertise in various disciplines, which contributes to supporting national economies with significant financial remittances from expatriates.

Countries should also adopt strategies to attract investors from neighboring countries and from around the world by offering attractive incentives to establish investment projects that achieve significant economic returns for the state and provide benefits and services to the areas where these projects are located. This includes, especially in remote areas, paving roads, extending electricity and water networks, and building housing for project workers and residents of neighboring villages, in addition to providing job opportunities for the people of the region, which contributes to reducing unemployment rates.

Among the strategies that help reduce unemployment rates is focusing on productive projects and avoiding excessive establishment of consumer projects.

Furthermore, countries should focus on a strategy of improving the quality of produced goods and services, which enhances their competitiveness in local and foreign markets and contributes to increasing sales, thereby raising profits.

Countries of the world should also not allow the entry of poor-quality industrial goods that break down quickly, and should adopt clear quality standards that are applied to imported goods before allowing them into local markets; because the entry of poor-quality goods into any country leads to the waste of citizens' and the state's resources.

It is also necessary for public and private sectors to adopt strategic planning and conduct economic feasibility studies for projects intended for implementation, with the aim of establishing investment projects capable of providing job opportunities for youth and contributing to reducing unemployment rates.

Likewise, countries should invest their water resources, including rainwater, springs, and dams, and their agricultural resources, optimally, without wasting or depleting them.

Finally, countries of the world should cooperate with each other to stop wars, due to the negative effects they leave on economies, represented by economic recession, inflation, and high rates of unemployment and poverty, in addition to ruin and destruction.
