The Land and Survey Department announced today, Monday, its intention to submit a request to the Council of Ministers to approve the acquisition and relinquishment of areas of land plots for absolute acquisition and immediate possession for the purposes of the Ministry of Public Works to acquire the Al-Muqar-Al-Qastel road.
The Land and Survey Department said that it will submit, 15 days after the date, to the Council of Ministers a request to issue a decision approving the acquisition of areas of land plots, absolute acquisition and immediate possession for the purposes of the Ministry of Public Works. This comes in accordance with the provisions of Article No. (181) of the Real Property Law No. (13) of 2019.
