The Judge Condemns the Houthis' Targeting of Medina

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mazen Al-Qadi, condemned the attack launched by the Houthi militia targeting the Taiba Electricity Distribution Station in Medina, affirming that targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or exposing its security, territorial integrity, and holy sites to any danger constitutes a serious and unacceptable transgression.

Al-Qadi expressed, on his behalf and on behalf of the members of the House of Representatives, solidarity with the President of the Saudi Shura Council, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh, and with the Shura Council and the Saudi brotherly people, affirming standing by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in confronting everything that threatens its security and territorial integrity, rejecting the targeting of civilian facilities and holy sites, and wishing the Kingdom lasting security and stability.

He stressed that targeting a civilian facility that serves Medina, given its established status in the consciousness of the Islamic nation, does not only constitute an attack on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but also affects the feelings of Muslims around the world and threatens the security and integrity of the holy sites that hold great significance for Muslims.

He emphasized that the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are integral to the security and stability of the region, and that any attempts to undermine its security or target its civilian facilities and endanger the lives of its citizens and residents require a clear international stance to stop such heinous attacks.
