The Creative Team Forum for Culture and Arts organized a cultural evening in Rusaifa, which included an awareness lecture titled "Narcissistic Personality Disorders," presented by Dr. Shireen Annab, during which she addressed the traits of the narcissistic personality, its psychological and behavioral dimensions, and ways to understand and deal with it consciously.
Annab reviewed the most prominent traits associated with the narcissistic personality, the age stages during which personality patterns are formed, in addition to the psychological and behavioral disorders associated with it, and the importance of understanding these traits in their psychological and social context.
Awareness of this topic gains importance in light of the common use of the description "narcissism" in daily life, as medical references indicate the necessity of distinguishing between some narcissistic personality traits and narcissistic personality disorder as a psychological condition that requires specialized evaluation.
