The Agricultural Engineers Syndicate in Irbid Organizes a Scientific Workshop on "Manufacturing Dairy and Cheese" in Bani Kenana District

Within the cooperation agreement between the branch of the Agricultural Engineers Syndicate in Irbid Governorate and Khalid bin Al-Walid Municipality, the Syndicate branch organized a specialized scientific workshop titled "Manufacturing Dairy and Cheese" at Zaha Cultural Center, aiming to enhance mutual cooperation and build the capacities of local community women in Bani Kenana District.
The President of the Agricultural Engineers Syndicate branch in Irbid Governorate, Engineer Bashar Al-Nawafla, said that organizing this workshop comes within the framework of the Syndicate's keenness and continuous endeavor to provide qualitative training and awareness programs targeting sustainable development and economic empowerment for the local community's sons and daughters. Al-Nawafla emphasized the importance of partnership with Khalid bin Al-Walid Municipality and civil society institutions in transferring technical knowledge and developing productive skills among women, which opens up prospects for them to establish small, income-generating home projects that contribute to improving the living standards of families.
The workshop, presented by Agricultural Engineer Wasfiya Abu Samra, covered the modern scientific and practical foundations in the field of manufacturing dairy and cheese of various types, stressing the necessity of applying correct and healthy practices during all manufacturing stages to ensure product quality and food safety. The workshop also included practical applications and clarification of the most important ways to avoid common mistakes during the production process to ensure obtaining high-quality products that comply with standard specifications.
This workshop embodies the efforts of the Agricultural Engineers Syndicate and Khalid bin Al-Walid Municipality in implementing a series of specialized training programs aimed at enhancing technical knowledge and developing skills in agricultural and productive fields among local community members.
