Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that Ukraine launched an attack on two oil refineries in the Saratov and Ryazan regions on Wednesday.
He added, "We do not see any indication that the Ukrainian side is moving towards a ceasefire in the energy sector."
For his part, Dmytro Lytvyn, an adviser to the Ukrainian president, denied the Russian statements regarding the shelling of Russian oil refineries earlier today.
Lytvyn told journalists that Ukraine shelled a data center and another undisclosed target, but did not shell oil refineries.
