Relocation of Fu'ara Bus Terminal and Reorganization of Al-Baraha Service Station

Imad Al-Azza, Chairman of the Irbid Greater Municipality Committee, confirmed that the Irbid Greater Municipality has agreed with the Land Transport Regulatory Authority to relocate the Fu'ara Bus Terminal, located next to Al-Beit Al-Nabulsi Square, to a new site prepared at the intersection between Al-Khulud Street and Atiyyah Bani Hani Street.

Al-Azza explained that the relocation of the Fu'ara Bus Terminal is part of the Irbid Central Development Project, which connects the commercial center and surrounding areas to the development project of the top of Irbid Hill, where a park will be established on an area of 24 dunams.

Al-Azza also stated that the Irbid Municipality has contacted the Land Transport Regulatory Authority to move the Al-Baraha service station and return it to its previous location, as its current location on Al-Hashemi Street is causing a crisis in the area. The station will be moved to the intersection between Khalid Ibn Al-Walid Street and Al-Hashemi Street.
