Public Security vows to take the strictest measures against posts that infringe upon the dignity of victims and societal peace

The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate said that the Cybercrime Unit has been monitoring, since the Karak incident occurred, posts and comments on social media platforms that infringe upon the privacy and dignity of the martyrs and the injured, or the investigation procedures and societal peace, or incite strife.
He added that the unit has identified a number of individuals, and work is underway to apprehend them.
The media spokesperson emphasized that there will be no leniency regarding these posts and comments, stressing that the strictest judicial measures will be taken against anyone who posts, reposts, or comments in a way that affects societal peace.
