Members of the 'MPs in the Field' initiative affirmed that His Majesty King Abdullah II's royal address is a true source of inspiration for national work and a strategic roadmap for continuing to drive comprehensive development, noting that the contents of the speech constitute a model to be studied in enhancing the construction and institutionalization process.
The MPs, in exclusive statements to 'Al-Rai', included MPs: Abdul Nasser Khasawneh, Mu'aid Allawneh, Salem Abu Dawlah, Bassem Al-Rwabideh, Abdul Halim Al-Ananebeh, and Amal Al-Shaqran, said that the initiative seeks to translate the royal directives into action on the ground and to address the needs of citizens and to assess the service and development reality.
The MPs pointed to the clear complementarity between the internal messages of the royal speech and the important geopolitical speech delivered by His Majesty the King before the United Nations General Assembly, affirming that the royal approach in international forums has become a strategic document studied globally, reflecting with wisdom and firmness Jordan's steadfast positions and its strong defense of the issues of its nation, foremost among them the Palestinian cause.
The 'MPs in the Field' initiative explained that their field movements and programs are inspired by His Majesty the King's visions and directives, which make approaching the concerns of citizens and addressing their needs the main focus of parliamentary, oversight, and legislative work.
