The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said on Saturday that moderate to heavy thunderstorms fell in several regions of the Kingdom.
It added that the latest weather radar images from the JMD indicated thunderstorms falling southeast of the capital, Amman, and Zarqa Governorate, as well as parts of the Ma'an, Tafilah, and Karak governorates, calling on citizens to exercise caution and stay away from flood channels to ensure their safety.
