Ma'an police officers successfully apprehended a person and prevented them from committing suicide after they poured a petroleum substance on themselves and attempted to harm themselves in a public street.
The Public Security Directorate stated that upon the arrival of the security force at the scene, several Public Security personnel managed to control the person, apprehend them, and prevent them from harming themselves, as shown in a video that went viral.
