Local Revenues Rise by 2% by End of July

Local revenues increased by the end of July of the current year by about 107 million dinars, a 2 percent increase, reaching 5 billion and 625 million dinars, compared to about 5 billion and 518 million dinars for the same period in 2025.

The continued growth of local revenues reflects the gradual improvement in economic activity, along with the development in the efficiency of tax administration and collection and the expansion of the tax base, which supports the ability of public finance to maintain its path aimed at enhancing the robustness of the national economy in the face of regional challenges.

On the expenditure side, public finance data showed that the government continued to implement its priority development and capital projects, as capital expenditures recorded an increase by the end of July of the current year, confirming the continued allocation of resources to projects that support economic growth and enhance the infrastructure and production capacity of the national economy, despite the current regional challenges and conditions.

According to financial data, capital expenditures by the end of July of the current year increased by about 55 million dinars, reaching about 687 million dinars, compared to about 632 million dinars in the same period of 2025.
