The Kremlin said on Monday that contacts are ongoing regarding a potential ceasefire in the energy sector between Russia and Ukraine, which was announced by US President Donald Trump.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on whether the ceasefire would be limited only to oil refineries, saying that more information would be revealed in due course.
