Korean Ambassador: Jordan is a true embodiment of the values of humanitarian solidarity

The ambassador emphasized in his speech the depth of the distinguished historical relations between Jordan and South Korea over more than 6 decades, based on friendship, cooperation, mutual respect, cultural, commercial, and diplomatic exchange, stressing that the two countries share a common commitment to working to make the world a better place and to establishing security, peace, and development.

The ambassador reviewed the significance of the Korean National Day "Gaecheonjeol" on which the first Korean kingdom was established nearly 5,000 years ago, explaining that his country's vision is based on benefiting the world, respecting others, and promoting human rights and peace.

The ambassador, who is soon to end his tenure as his country's ambassador to Jordan, praised the security and stability enjoyed by Jordan amidst a turbulent region, and the originality and hospitality of the Jordanian people, affirming that Jordan will always remain in his memory and consciousness.

On the sidelines of the ceremony, a video was shown featuring a number of officials, specialists, and students speaking about the depth and strength of the Jordanian-Korean partnership and the cooperation existing in various fields at all official and popular levels.
