Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said on Thursday that Tehran will not evade dialogue with the United States, despite what he described as American targeting of Iran, imposing sanctions and restrictions on it.
Pezeshkian said that Iran "has never evaded talks and will never do so," adding that the United States targeted his country three times despite signing an agreement.
He added that Washington seeks to "create crises" in Iran by imposing restrictions and sanctions, but it will not be able to achieve that if Iranians remain united.
Pezeshkian called on the United States to abandon the idea of subjugating Iran through assassinations, as Tehran is studying the American response to its latest proposals related to reviving the ceasefire agreement.
