The Ministry of Interior revealed that the number of individuals who acquired Jordanian citizenship through investment reached 100 during the first ten months of 2026.
The ministry stated that the number of visa applications of all types reached approximately 207,000.
It added that the number of applications for annual residency permits for various purposes stood at nearly 56,000.
The ministry pointed out that the number of Syrians who were approved for tourist visas to visit the Kingdom for a specified period and leave reached approximately 155,000, including 144,000 arriving from Syria and 10,500 Syrians holding European travel documents.
The ministry announced that the number of deportation orders issued against foreigners from the Kingdom's territory for violating applicable legislation reached 17,000.
