Hayat Education Fund graduated 8 trainees from a specialized vocational program in fashion design and sewing basics, implemented at the Advanced Vocational Training College with the support of the college and Ayla Oasis Development Company, aiming to qualify participants with specialized vocational skills and link training with production opportunities and improved livelihoods.
The graduation of the trainees marked a transition from the training phase to application and production, where each graduate received a sewing machine to be the nucleus of her own project, and to benefit from the skills she acquired in fashion design and sewing basics, thereby enhancing their job opportunities and improving their livelihoods.
Osama Abu Talib, Chairman of the Administrative Committee of Hayat Fund, said that the program comes within the framework of the fund's approach to support beneficiaries through training and qualification, and linking knowledge and skills with real opportunities that enable them to rely on themselves and improve their living conditions.

He pointed to the importance of linking training with practical tools that help beneficiaries continue working after the end of the programs, confirming that providing graduates with sewing machines provides them with an opportunity to convert the skills they have acquired into production and small projects that can be developed in the future.

The graduates affirmed that the experience contributed to enhancing their confidence in their ability to produce and work, and that the skills they acquired during the training period will form a foundation that can be built upon in developing their projects in the future, while continuing to learn and gain more experience in the field of fashion design and sewing.
The program comes within the approach of Hayat Education Fund to link vocational training with economic empowerment, by combining specialized qualification and providing production tools, which helps graduates transition from the training phase to application and work, and convert professional skills into productive projects and sources of income that can be developed.
