A massive crowd in Gaza City held a funeral on Sunday morning for 75 martyrs recovered from under the rubble of destroyed buildings in the Al-Daraj neighborhood of Gaza City, according to the Palestinian News Agency "Wafa".
Wafa quoted medical sources as saying that approximately 8,000 bodies remain under the rubble of destroyed buildings in the Gaza Strip, due to the lack of necessary equipment to recover them.
The toll of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, which began on October 7, 2023, reached 74,469 martyrs and 175,492 injuries, according to the figures published by the Ministry of Health in Gaza on Saturday.
The Ministry stated that the death toll since the ceasefire agreement on October 11, 2025, has reached 1,511 martyrs and 5,375 injuries.
