((Fajr Jordan-Egypt)) invests in youth empowerment

Fajr Jordan-Egypt announced, on Wednesday, a new partnership with the Crown Prince Foundation aimed at enhancing investment in Jordanian youth by providing support for the development, design, and implementation of specialized leadership training programs within the "Khuta Al-Hussein" program, contributing to preparing national competencies capable of keeping pace with future requirements.

The partnership between the two sides aims to enhance the youth experience in the "Khuta Al-Hussein" program, one of the Foundation's programs, which is a national leadership program that spans a full year. It aims to develop leadership thought and practices based on concepts of public service, and to build a leadership mindset among youth based on continuous learning, the pursuit of excellence, systemic thinking, and teamwork, through training stations and practical experiences that enhance youth awareness of themselves and their communities and their ability to understand challenges and work on developing solutions for them, leading to the building of a national network of graduates who continue to learn, work together, and serve their communities in various governorates.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the company by the CEO and General Manager, Engineer Yasser Salah El-Din, and on behalf of the Foundation by the Executive Director, Dr. Tamam Mango.

For his part, Engineer Yasser Salah El-Din said: "Our efforts are not limited to supporting the energy sector in the Kingdom; we believe that investing in people is the most impactful and sustainable investment, and that empowering youth through education and skill-building opens broader horizons for development. Our partnership with the Crown Prince Foundation embodies a shared vision that invests in the energies of Jordanian youth and provides them with experiences that contribute to building their leadership capabilities, supporting the Kingdom's needs for national competencies and enhancing the development process. We look forward to this cooperation being the beginning of extended partnerships that achieve a sustainable impact in the long term."

In turn, the Foundation affirmed in a statement that investing in youth constitutes a fundamental pillar for building Jordan's future, noting that building a leadership mindset among youth is not limited to developing skills only, but requires establishing a way of thinking and a mindset that links personal growth with responsibility towards society, the impact of which appears over generations in the long term, and pushes youth to understand challenges from a broader perspective and work with others to develop solutions for them.

It added that partnerships with various entities contribute to enhancing and developing these experiences in a way that responds to the needs of youth and enhances the ability of national programs to build communities of leaders capable of continuing to learn, working together, and bringing about change in their local communities, including the "Khuta Al-Hussein" program.
