Fajr Al-Ordonia Al-Mesria invests in youth empowerment by supporting the Crown Prince Foundation's "Khotou Al-Hussein" program

Fajr Al-Ordonia Al-Mesria company announced, on Wednesday, a new partnership with the Crown Prince Foundation aimed at enhancing investment in Jordanian youth by providing support for the development, design, and implementation of specialized leadership training programs within the "Khotou Al-Hussein" program, contributing to the preparation of national competencies capable of keeping pace with future requirements.

The partnership between the two sides aims to enhance the youth experience in the "Khotou Al-Hussein" program, one of the Foundation's programs, which is a year-long national leadership program aimed at developing the thought and practices of leadership based on public service concepts, and building a leadership mindset among youth based on continuous learning, the pursuit of excellence, systemic thinking, and teamwork. This is achieved through training stations and practical experiences that enhance youth awareness of themselves and their societies, and their ability to understand challenges and work on developing solutions for them, ultimately building a national network of graduates who continue learning, joint action, and serving their communities across various governorates.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the company by the CEO and General Manager, Eng. Yasser Salah El-Din, and on behalf of the Foundation by the Executive Director, Dr. Tamam Manko.

For his part, Eng. Yasser Salah El-Din said: "Our efforts are not limited to supporting the energy sector in the Kingdom; we believe that investing in people is the most impactful and sustainable investment, and that empowering youth through education and skill-building opens broader horizons for development. Our partnership with the Crown Prince Foundation embodies a shared vision that invests in the energies of Jordanian youth and provides them with experiences that contribute to building their leadership capabilities, thereby supporting the Kingdom's needs for national competencies and enhancing the development process. We look forward to this cooperation being the beginning of extended partnerships that achieve long-term sustainable impact."

In turn, the Foundation emphasized in a statement that investing in youth constitutes a fundamental pillar for building Jordan's future, pointing out that building a leadership mindset among youth is not limited to skill development alone, but requires establishing a mindset and way of thinking that links personal growth with responsibility toward society, the impact of which appears across generations over the long term, driving youth to understand challenges from a broader perspective and work with others to develop solutions for them.

It added that partnerships with various entities contribute to enhancing these experiences and developing them in a way that responds to youth needs and strengthens the capacity of national programs to build communities of leaders capable of continuing learning, joint action, and bringing about change in their local communities, among which is the "Khotou Al-Hussein" program.
