The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) signed a cooperation agreement with Harlem for Commercial Agencies and Automotive Trading, under which the company will donate a "Jetour" car as a prize for the winner of the "Small Ticket, Big Healing Opportunity" campaign. The campaign is organized by the Foundation to contribute to covering the treatment costs of underprivileged cancer patients at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) by allocating the proceeds from campaign tickets to support their treatment.
The agreement was signed by the Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, Nisreen Qatamish, and Ahmad Al-Karaki, representing Harlem for Commercial Agencies and Automotive Trading on behalf of its General Manager, Mr. Salah Nour Abdel Hadi. This step embodies the importance of strategic partnerships between the private sector and humanitarian institutions, and their role in creating a sustainable impact that goes beyond financial support to enhance social responsibility, unite efforts to provide treatment opportunities for underprivileged patients, and consolidate the values of solidarity and cohesion in society.
Qatamish expressed her pride in this partnership, emphasizing that cooperation with the private sector forms a strategic pillar in supporting the mission of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, and that the true impact of these partnerships is embodied in uniting efforts and resources to achieve a common humanitarian goal: enabling underprivileged cancer patients to receive treatment and comprehensive care. She pointed out that this initiative reflects an effective model of integration between national institutions.
For his part, Al-Karaki affirmed Harlem's pride in this partnership with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, valuing its pioneering role in combating cancer and alleviating the suffering of patients and their families. He also praised the qualitative achievements made by the King Hussein Cancer Center, which have made it a leading medical edifice in the Middle East, both in providing comprehensive care according to the highest international standards and in the field of advanced research that opens new horizons for treatment. He also valued the efforts made by the Foundation to ensure that every patient receives their right to treatment regardless of their financial ability. He added that the company's contribution to this campaign stems from its firm belief that social responsibility is an integral part of its mission and identity, not an activity parallel to its business, and that the success of the private sector is completed by the extent of the real humanitarian impact it creates in people's lives. He noted that Harlem looks forward to this agreement being the beginning of sustainable cooperation with the Foundation, contributing to supporting its noble mission and giving hope to more patients and their families.
The King Hussein Cancer Foundation continues its efforts to strengthen partnerships with various sectors and mobilize community support, contributing to enabling underprivileged patients to receive treatment and specialized care at the King Hussein Cancer Center.
