The Civil Service and Public Administration Commission has denied the news circulating across a number of pages and websites regarding upcoming amendments to bonuses and incentives for public sector employees.
The Commission affirmed on Sunday that there are currently no amendments to the provisions and regulations governing the grant of bonuses and incentives to public sector employees.
It pointed out that the provisions of the human resources management system in the public sector, along with the currently applicable instructions emanating from it, constitute the approved reference for everything related to granting bonuses, overtime work, and exceptional performance.
