Capital Bank recently hosted lecturer and human behavior expert Dr. Khaled Ghattas, to present an interactive dialogue session for its leadership team, which addressed the impact of psychological and behavioral motivations on the effectiveness of leadership, and the role of self-awareness in improving communication, building trust, and enhancing cooperation within work teams.
The session discussed a number of topics related to understanding human behavior and the factors affecting individual interaction within the work environment, alongside the importance of enhancing the ability of leaders to understand others and positively influence them, thereby supporting effective communication and contributing to the building of professional relationships based on trust and cooperation.
