Housing Bank continues its support for women's empowerment and enhancing their role

Driven by the Bank's belief in the importance of investing in employees and enhancing the role of women in the workplace and society, the Housing Bank continued to implement its women's empowerment initiative as part of its ongoing approach to supporting women's personal and professional development and strengthening their capabilities, over the course of two days at the Hilton Hotel - Dead Sea.

The event included an integrated program of developmental sessions and interactive experiences that focused on enhancing self-awareness, skill development, and capacity building, in addition to providing a space for dialogue and the exchange of experiences among participants.

It also provided participants with an interactive space to learn and identify innovative methods for dealing with professional challenges with confidence and flexibility that align with the requirements of modern banking, as well as serving as a platform for exchanging experiences and building a supportive professional network.

The organization of this event stems from the Housing Bank's strategy aimed at implementing best human resources practices and providing a work environment that stimulates excellence, creativity, and sustainable growth. This event is a new link in a series of programs implemented by the Bank to prepare diverse leadership cadres capable of keeping pace with the rapid transformations in the banking sector, with special attention given to empowering female talent.

It is noteworthy that the Housing Bank adopts an institutional approach to empowering women that begins with its internal work environment – by providing equal opportunities for employment, training, and advancement toward leadership positions – as a fundamental pillar for enhancing excellence and sustainable growth.
