Jordanian entrepreneur Mohammad Abu Sheikh leads CNTXT AI to exceed $300 million in contracted revenue and expand into Silicon Valley
Global demand for data products offered by CNTXT AI, Arabic language models, and robotics training, led by American technology companies, has driven revenue growth and the opening of the company's first office in the United States.
Jordanian founder Mohammad Abu Sheikh (25) has built an advanced data ecosystem that supports AI development for a number of leading global companies.
Sunnyvale, California, and Abu Dhabi, UAE; October 20, 2026 – CNTXT AI, the UAE-based data and artificial intelligence company founded by Jordanian entrepreneur Mohammad Abu Sheikh, announced today that its annualized revenue rate has exceeded $300 million. The majority of this comes from major US hyperscale cloud infrastructure operators, AI developers, and large enterprises in the US, alongside expanding its operations to the US by opening its first office in the San Francisco Bay Area.
This achievement highlights the growing presence of Jordanian entrepreneurship in the global technology landscape, as 25-year-old Jordanian entrepreneur Mohammad Abu Sheikh leads the expansion of CNTXT AI from the United Arab Emirates to Silicon Valley, in an experience that reflects the ability of technology ventures founded by Jordanian entrepreneurs to reach and compete in global markets. This experience holds special significance in the context of the Jordanian entrepreneurial ecosystem, the AI research and development community, and institutions concerned with technological innovation and digital transformation, given the company's specialization in AI technologies, advanced data infrastructure, and the development of Arabic language technical solutions.
This achievement also highlights the international presence of a Jordanian entrepreneur working in the fields of AI data, Arabic models, and robotics training. The Wall Street Journal covered the company's expansion into Silicon Valley in the context of interest in technical relations between the United States and the Middle East.
Since its founding in 2024, CNTXT AI has spent two years developing AI models designed for Arabic first, building its data operations, and supporting regional deployments. In June 2026, the company raised $60 million in a Series A funding round and acquired Actualize, a company specializing in enterprise AI that develops Arabic-language voice agents aware of dialectal differences, and also launched three commercial offerings.
CNTXT AI currently supports more than 250 government and enterprise clients across three main areas:
Physical AI systems require massive amounts of diverse, task-specific real-world data, which simulations alone cannot produce. The CNTXT AI platform captures real work activities within actual environments, verifies them through model-supported classification and human review, and then presents them as structured training data that robotics and AI systems can ingest and use directly.
Mohammad Abu Sheikh, founder and CEO of CNTXT AI, said: "We built CNTXT AI around the hardest aspects of AI, which is providing real-world data at the quality and scale that models actually need, and that is why our clients continue to choose us over others. What is coming is even bigger; whoever can capture real work, legally and at scale, is the one who determines which AI makes it out of the lab into the real world, and which remains just an experimental model. We are determined to be the reason that happens."
CNTXT AI's growth is supported by deployments and partnerships across a number of major regional institutions, including the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), Nationwide Middle East Properties, and Venture One. The company's work includes specialized linguistic datasets, multilingual data annotation frameworks, and evaluation methodologies that support AI research and Arabic-centric language model architectures.
Expansion into the United States enhances the global capabilities of CNTXT AI
The new CNTXT AI office will support U.S. government agencies, technology companies, AI developers, and large enterprises that need access to sovereign AI infrastructure and expertise available from within the Middle East.
Mohammad Abu Sheikh added: "Success in doing business in the Middle East requires a deep understanding of Arab business culture, compliance requirements, enterprise environments, dialects, and other requirements that directly affect solution adoption. Our expansion into the San Francisco Bay Area gives U.S. organizations a direct path to access these capabilities, and to Middle Eastern markets where sovereignty, regulatory requirements, language, and local operational requirements are fundamental pillars for every major AI deployment."
The company is currently working on attracting talent for executive positions and roles in business development and marketing. To contact a sales representative, please email hello@cntxt.tech. To view job opportunities, please visit www.cntxt.tech/career.
