He added in a statement that the continuation of this reckless Iranian behavior and the pursuit of expanding conflict fronts cements hostilities with the Arab neighborhood for decades to come, in addition to its dangerous repercussions on the regional security system, stressing that the security and stability of the Arab Gulf states and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan are an indivisible part of Arab national security.
Fahmy called on Iran to immediately halt this escalation, abandon its hostile policy toward Arab countries, resort to the language of reason, and adhere to the principles of good neighborliness and relevant international charters, reiterating the Arab League's full solidarity with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, its support for it, and its backing of all measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty and maintain its security and stability.
