Amman Municipality: No appointments for the job of "National Worker"

The Greater Amman Municipality confirmed that appointments for the job of “National Worker” and “Employee” have been suspended since 2019, until further notice, in order to organize the work and structure the field staff according to actual needs.
It explained that the appointment of national workers will be through new private companies contracted to provide waste collection and transportation services, and the Municipality has no relation to the recruitment processes within these companies.
The Municipality pointed out that appointments for some required jobs will be made through advertisements in official newspapers in coordination with the Civil Service Commission and the General Administration, according to legal frameworks and approved standards.
