Al-Khawaldeh pointed out that the Ministry has a strategic plan to encourage youth to participate and engage in political and party work, where a number of dialogue sessions and meetings will be held in various governorates of the Kingdom in the last quarter of this year, with the aim of familiarizing citizens, especially the youth and women, with the legislation governing political life, focusing on the laws of political parties and local administration.
Al-Khawaldeh explained that the Ministry welcomes all youth initiatives that aim to raise the awareness of young people and increase their participation in the electoral process, and to provide them with the necessary training to increase their knowledge of political life and party work, away from any fears or obstacles that may limit this.
For their part, the members of the initiative provided a detailed explanation of the initiative, which aims to enhance political awareness among young people, and the programs of the initiative that seek to develop the leadership and dialogue skills of young people through a number of practical training sessions that simulate parliamentary and political work, to prepare a youth generation more capable of active participation in public life.
An extensive dialogue took place among the youth, focusing on the need to work on changing the stereotypical image of party work within society, and the importance of the integration of the roles of all institutions in order to enhance the participation of young people in political and party life, so that they have an active role within their communities, and to move them to active and real participation in the decision-making process.
