Four years ago, when asking many new students who had enrolled or arrived then with their parents to register at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, whether from Jordan or of various nationalities: "Why did you choose Al-Ahliyya Amman University?", the answers varied in different dialects ("Its reputation is wonderful," "I love it," "My siblings studied there," "Very good," "I want to study there," "Excellent," "Advanced in science," "Classy," "Nice," "Very sweet," "Whoever graduates gets a job immediately... etc.").
As some of the students' parents answered: Because it is among the best 1,000 universities in the world, it has excellent majors, and its graduates are in demand in the labor market (wherever they go).
After 4 years, we coincidentally met some of these students after their graduation ceremony, and they appeared joyful, scientifically and intellectually mature, and skilled. Some were accompanied by their parents, and we all laughed when their statements varied: "Where?! We have grown up... we are no longer freshmen!! These were the best years of our lives, we learned, we grew to love the university more, we became competent, we were offered jobs in advance, we are graduates of an ancient university ranked among the top 400 universities in the world!!".

Al-Ahliyya Amman University graduates have not only gained knowledge, competence, training, and refinement of their skills and personalities, but they also do not wait; they are highly sought after in the local, Arab, and regional labor market. The employment rate for students exceeds 85% within the first year of graduation, a rate considered very high according to the average employment rate in the Arab world, without overlooking the university's smart partnerships with economic entities such as factories, hospitals, telecommunications companies, technology partnerships, government bodies, and the public sector... etc., which enhances the graduates' chances of working immediately after graduation.
All programs and majors at the university have also obtained international program accreditations, as the university periodically studies all study plans to keep up with developments in local, Arab, and global markets.
