The Council of Deans of Ajloun National University held its second session for the 2026/2027 academic year today, Wednesday, chaired by University President Dr. Firas Al-Hanandeh, and attended by University Vice President Dr. Khaled Al-Momani and members of the council.
During the session, the council discussed a number of topics on its agenda related to academic and administrative affairs, monitoring the progress of the educational process, developing educational plans and programs, and enhancing the quality of educational outcomes, in line with the university's directions to continue development, modernization, and improving the level of institutional performance.
Al-Hanandeh emphasized the importance of continuing to work with a team spirit and enhancing coordination and integration between colleges and administrative departments, which contributes to implementing the university's development plans, keeping pace with developments in the higher education sector, and employing human and technological capabilities optimally to enhance the status of Ajloun National University and its academic journey.
He stressed the importance of providing a university environment that supports students, improving the level of services provided to them, and enhancing effective communication between faculty members and students, which contributes to improving the quality of the educational process and preparing graduates who possess the knowledge and skills necessary to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market.
On the sidelines of the session, Al-Hanandeh honored the former deans in appreciation of their efforts and contributions during their tenure, and their contributions to serving the university and advancing its academic and administrative journey, valuing their role in developing institutional work and affirming the university's pride in the efforts and expertise they provided that contributed to its journey towards progress and excellence.
This session comes within the framework of Ajloun National University's keenness to follow up on its academic and administrative priorities, consolidate the approach of institutional work, and enhance its journey towards excellence and continuous development, in a way that supports the achievement of its educational and developmental goals and serves students and the community.
