During the meeting, a number of files related to academic programs and specializations, scientific research, cooperation and partnerships with universities and academic and research institutions were reviewed, alongside the university's future plans and directions, to enhance its ability to keep pace with the requirements of higher education and the labor market.
The University President, Dr. Firas Al-Hanandeh, also gave a brief presentation on the most prominent developments witnessed by the university in the academic and research fields, the programs and specializations that have been developed and introduced, in addition to the university's relations and academic partnerships, and the scientific events and conferences it organizes and hosts.
The Chairman and members of the Board of Trustees stressed the importance of continuing to support the university's journey, developing its academic and research programs, and enhancing its scientific presence and national and international partnerships, which contributes to consolidating its position and achieving further progress and excellence.
It was also emphasized the importance of enhancing integration between the Board of Trustees, the university presidency, and the various components of the university, and working as a single team to serve the university's journey, enhance the quality of its outputs, and achieve its future goals.
Following the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the board members, accompanied by the University President, inspected the university's sports hall project and reviewed the progress of work on it, which has reached its final stages.
