The Workers' Union Organizes an Awareness Seminar in Cooperation with the Public Security Directorate on Enhancing Community Safety

The seminar addressed a number of issues related to community safety, prevention, and enhancing partnership between community institutions and security agencies, contributing to raising the level of public awareness regarding issues such as drug awareness, traffic safety, public safety, and cybercrime.

Colonel Mohammad Al-Fanatsah, Head of the Community Police Department, gave a presentation on the importance of community partnership and its role in supporting security and preventive efforts, emphasizing the importance of continuing the partnership and cooperation between the Public Security Directorate and the General Federation.

The seminar activities included a theatrical performance by the Police Theater Team about the scourge of drugs and the methods used by dealers, aiming to expose them and be cautious, and a session presented by the Narcotics Control Department representative, Lieutenant Anas Saadeh, who discussed the dangers of drugs, ways to prevent them, and their effects on the individual, family, and society.

The organization of the seminar comes within the framework of the General Federation's keenness to enhance community awareness among workers, consolidate the concept of shared responsibility in prevention and safety, and support national efforts aimed at providing a safer and more stable community and work environment.
