The Israeli Central Elections Committee decided this Tuesday evening not to extend voting hours at this stage, noting that it will conduct an additional assessment later.
Reports had emerged regarding the committee's intention to extend voting beyond 10:00 PM local time due to high turnout, but the committee finalized its position in a statement not to extend polling past 10:00 PM tonight.
