The Independent Election Commission announced the issuance of a Court of Cassation decision to dissolve the Jordanian Tomorrow Party, in the lawsuit filed by the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission, based on violations represented by the refusal to submit its final accounts.
In compliance with the court decision issued from the highest degree of litigation, the judgment has become final and must be applied upon its enforcement.
