The Contractors Association holds a day of mourning for the brother of contractor Nader Burgan, a martyr of the Hamoud church incident

The Jordanian Contractors Association held a day of mourning at the association's headquarters in Amman for the brother of contractor Nader Burgan, who was martyred in the terrorist attack that targeted the Greek Orthodox Church in the village of Hamoud in Karak Governorate, with the participation of a large number of unionists, members of the general assembly, as well as heads of professional associations and members of their councils.

The head of the Jordanian Contractors Association, Fuad Al-Dweiri, affirmed that the association stands with all its components alongside the families of the martyrs in their painful loss, pointing out that the attack that affected the sons of the nation is rejected and contradicts religious, human, and national values, and will not undermine the unity of Jordanians or their national fabric based on brotherhood and coexistence.

Al-Dweiri expressed the association's pride in the efforts made by the security services in pursuing the perpetrators of the attack and arresting them, indicating that it reflects the efficiency of these services and their ability to safeguard the nation's security. He valued the sacrifices of the security services and the armed forces, reiterating the association's support for His Majesty the King and its backing for all measures taken by the security services, emphasizing that Jordan's security is a red line.

Al-Dweiri prayed to God to bestow His vast mercy upon the martyrs and to protect Jordan and its people under the Hashemite leadership.
